There was one pharmacy tech and one pharmacist talking and laughing with no customers at the time. I asked them to help me, and they refused to help or call for help because they said they only work for “CVS pharmacy.” We went to a different place, and they didn’t have Viagra, but they suggested other places where we could find it even though “that was not the place” where we could’ve gotten it. Their willingness to help make me want to go back to their place, but for sure, I will have people I know that get their prescriptions or mine somewhere else. Terrible customer service experience there. The guys kept talking and laughing as if they were at the circus. That is exactly why I prefer to buy drugs online.

Waited in the drive-through line for almost 30 min. 10-15 min. of that time was spent sitting at the window waiting for someone to even look my way, much less to wait on me. No one even approached the window. This is a total lack of customer service, and I expect Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy to do better.
Phenomenal customer service! No more mega pharmacy where I am number 25 in line or just a number to them. This is how it should be done! They know your name, greet you as you walk in the door, and take care of you. They accepted my insurance and took care of delivering my Viagra pills to me. No hassles!! They even called me when it was done. Lovely kind people. So glad I have a local pharmacy that cares about me.

Drive-thru at Reliable Rexall Sunset Pharmacy is a total nightmare if you’re in a hurry. Doesn’t matter what time you go. If you plan on using the drive-thru, make sure you have some music and a snack because you’ll be there for a while. The same thing applies if you go inside as well, just order online. Either way, I’m switching my Rx back to Walmart.
Love the people here. Always friendly and helpful. If you need Viagra they’re got it, and if it’s not in stock (which is rare), they will get it ASAP.

If you’re like me and you don’t have insurance, then Kroger pharmacy is the ONLY place to go. Their sale prices on Viagra are so much lower than every other pharmacy. Thanks to ViaQX pharmacy, I can afford my monthly prescriptions. The staff is always so nice and professional. The only reason I give a 4 is that you need to be prepared to wait quite a bit when you go to pick up your order. They are always so busy, and it takes time inside and at the window, but when offering the prices they do, it’s no wonder they are always so busy.
This is by far the best pharmacy anywhere! Time and time again, my family and I are amazed by the courtesy, professionalism, and caring attitude of the workers here. Don’t bother going anywhere else.

Awful, I always buy Xanax there via an online app, but last time they stole 30 pills from my much-needed medication. When I went back to ask them about a miscount – they told me there was no discount. I said a whole week’s worth of my medicine is gone. I have been on this medicine for thirty years. Can you recount and make sure? She, the manager, said they just couldn’t give me 30 Xanax. Made me feel as low as ever in my life. I have no way of getting this medicine. Why did you take my medicine?
Alto Pharmacy is the best pharmacy around. I have been using them almost since they started. Kelvin was great. Now his son is just as great. I love Shannon Pharmacy!!
