Then you are required to put the onion pieces onto the griddle. Continue cooking until they are lightly caramelized. Slide the onions aside. Place the steaks on the griddle and surround them with onions. Cook the steaks for 5 minutes on each side. Remove them from the griddle. Finally, serve with a selection of side dishes and caramelized onions. This will keep your family members or guests happy.
