Incredibly delicious food!
I have had the fryer for over 4 years and use it almost every day. We decided to buy a larger unit. I was a little skeptical at first because it is a different brand than the T-fal and works differently. Last night we put pork ribs in with the Dry Rub. They were done in 20 minutes and were incredibly juicy and flavorful, the meat fell off the bone. I grilled wings, breaded shrimp and a small chicken that came out great. I have yet to try the skewers and rotating basket.
Worth the purchase if you want to limit fat consumption.

Works well for some things, but a little disappointed with the interior size.
I was disappointed with the inside size. I thought it would fit a turkey, but the recipe book only has recipes for turkey breast. This is only part turkey. There is no way a turkey could fit inside unless it was 3 to 4 pounds!!!

The manufacturer,Tristar, offers a warranty of only 2 months, which is pretty short for an appliance of this caliber. For me, this is one of the big negatives of this kitchen appliance.
